Detailed evaluation, assessment and recommendations based on your life history, current issues and long term goals. The length of this initial session is longer than usual for a reason: I want to carefully tailor your treatment using all of the information I can. We will work together to plan the ideal course of action for you, which may include medication recommendations, psychotherapy, lab testing, and other medical recommendations.
